The
Recruiter screen shows the candidates that have applied for
a job and allows you to alter their screen status. In the top left of the
screen are browse buttons so you can move forward and back through your
jobs or bring up a list of them.
To the left and right of the list are menus where you can perform many useful actions.
The
Candidate View contains the candidate's details and keywords. One
handy feature is the sticky note which allows users to place a static note
against a record. A big time saver are the availability tools that allow for
one-click updates.
Once again the browse buttons help you navigate through your searches with ease.
The
Company View provides a clean experience to co-ordinate your information
gathering and recruitment tasks.
A quick look at the menus on each side of the screen will give you an idea of some
of the features of Recruit Online.
The
Add Temp. Booking screen is one of two temporary / casual management
systems with Recruit Online.
A key concept in the development of Recruit Online has been ensuring the
work flow of running a busy temporary or casual pool is as flexible as possible.
The
Add Temp. "Daily" Booking is used for managing multiple day
by day bookings for temporary / casual staff. Often in busy environments
(like health or hospitality) staff are booked for shifts over a spread of days.
This feature has a corresponding booking sheet which allows candidates to be allocated
to shifts quickly.
